PASTA WITH SAFFRON AND CHOCOLATE CUSTARD

Ingredients:
250 gr. of butter.
100 gr. of confectioner's sugar.
400 gr. of flour.
0,25 gr. of Spanish Delight Brand saffron.
200 gr. of cream.
800 gr. of milk.
250 gr. of sugar.
160 gr. of egg yolk sweets.
75 gr. of starch.
64% cocoa chocolate.

Work on the butter in the mixer, add the confectioner's sugar
and the saffron. Spread and cut into squares in the measure
you like. Cook at 200º C degrees. Boil the cream with the
sugar and saffron, pour over the egg yolk sweets and the
starch, and boil again. Pasteurize and put aside. Warm up the
chocolate, spread and cut into small, thin, square pieces, the
size of a tea time cookie, cutting off a bit on one of the sides
in the shape of a circle.
