PAELLA (SPANISH RICE) WITH CHICKEN AND
SEAFOOD
Feeds 4 people
Ingredients:
750 gr. of chicken.
200 gr. of head-on shrimps.
200 gr. of head-on crawfish.
300 gr. of green beans.
400 gr. of rice.
1 ripe tomato.
8 spoonfuls of olive oil.
Salt.
0,5 gr. of Spanish Delight Brand saffron.
1,5 L Water.
Place the "paellera" (pan) on the fire with some oil and salt.
Once the oil is hot, add the meat and the seafood and saute
them. Then take the seafood out of the pan. Add the green
beans, stir and add the grated tomato. Saute again for a short
time and add the rice, saffron and water.
When the rice is halfway its cooking time we will add the
seafood to the pan again.
